Conversation Design with Voxable: Notes
In our previous product post, we covered Voxable’s new voice selection feature that enables users to design with any of the 31 languages and dialects supported by Amazon Polly. This week, we shift focus to a feature that improves collaboration. Voxable users can now add internal documentation and direction to designs via notes.
There’s a lot that goes into a conversation design beyond what’s said in an interchange between the bot and a customer or user. Voxable’s context feature helps teams model unspoken data points introduced throughout the conversation. However, teams still need a way to document and reference internal information not contained in the design itself. That’s where notes come in.
Use Voxable notes to annotate designs with details about decisions, development direction, and ongoing project management. It’s easy to add notes to any part of a script.
We know collaboration between designers, developers, product managers, marketers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders is key to creating the best conversational AI experiences for customers. We plan to expand Voxable’s collaboration functionality soon with commenting, use case definition, and project management.
