Conversation Design with Voxable: Context Reference
A few weeks back, we announced the release of notes that gives Voxable users the ability to annotate designs with additional details about decisions, development direction, and ongoing project management. Now we've expanded Voxable's data annotation functionality with context reference.
Voxable’s context feature helps users model unspoken data points introduced throughout a conversation. Once contexts are added, they can be seen in both the script editor and diagram view.
Voxable users can also associate specific text in a bot or user message to contexts. In the example below, the number in the user message refers to a data point—the room number—and a context reference is being added to indicate that.
Context references are a great way for Voxable users to systematize their designs and collaborate with developers on data points that translate into entities. Using context references consistently throughout a project saves teams time and streamlines designer-developer hand off.
